Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We allow 3 to 5 days to contact us here on the site by clicking on the "CHAT WITH US" button on every page. In order to process a damaged claim we require a clear and legible picture of your label, packaging, and damaged items. Thank you 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds / Shipping Returns

Please make sure when ordering you enter the address correctly. If your order is returned due to a shipping error, (EXAMPLE: NO APT # / CUSTOMER INFO/ADDRESS INCORRECT) you may receive a refund for the product; however not the shipping fee unless applicable.
